肾上腺素受体基因多态性与青光眼患者眼压的关系研究进展

【摘要】：肾上腺素受体(AR)广泛存在于内眼组织,被认为与房水的生成及眼压昼夜节律的形成有关。AR存在基因多态性,与青光眼患者眼压相关的AR基因多态性位点有α2B-AR的Del 301-303(I/D),α2C-AR的Del 322-325(I/D),β1-AR的S49G(A/G)、R389G(C/G),β2-AR的R16G(A/G)、Q27E(C/G),且其亦与临床多种疾病有关。
[Abstract]:Adrenergic receptor (AR) is widely present in the inner eye tissue and is thought to be related to the formation of aqueous humor and the circadian rhythm of intraocular pressure. There is a gene polymorphism in AR. The polymorphic loci of AR gene associated with IOP in glaucoma patients were Del 301-303 (I / D) of 伪 2B-AR, Del 322-325 (I / D) of 伪 2C-AR, S49G (A / G) of 尾 1-AR, R389G (C / G), R16G (A / G) of 尾 2-AR. Q 27 E (C / G), and it is also associated with a variety of clinical diseases.
