【摘要】：正鼻息肉(nasal polyps)是鼻腔、鼻窦黏膜由于水肿而突出的炎性组织,其发病率占中国总人口的1%~4%。持续性鼻塞是鼻息肉的主要临床特征,其明显的复发倾向及其与多种呼吸道炎性反应疾病的密切关系使其成为严重影响患者生活质量和身体健康的重要疾病。目前多主张应用糖皮质激素结合鼻内镜手术行综合治疗,极大地降低了复发率。但是到目前为止,对鼻息肉的病因和发病机制尚未完全了解,这在一定程度上限制了
[Abstract]:Nasal polyp (nasal polyps) is a prominent inflammatory tissue of nasal cavity and nasal sinus mucosa due to edema, and its incidence rate accounts for 1% of the total population of China. Persistent nasal congestion is the main clinical feature of nasal polyps. Its obvious relapse tendency and its close relationship with various respiratory inflammatory diseases make it an important disease which seriously affects the quality of life and health of patients. At present, the application of glucocorticoid combined with endoscopic sinus surgery for comprehensive treatment has greatly reduced the recurrence rate. However, up to now, the etiology and pathogenesis of nasal polyps have not been fully understood, which to some extent limits the cause of nasal polyps.
