白内障术后人工晶体倾斜与偏心的研究

【摘要】： 目的:观察分析我院门诊诊断慢性闭角型青光眼30例(41只眼)的临床特点,分析总结慢性闭角型青光眼的临床特征、视神经损伤机理、视神经纤维层(RNFL)平均厚度与视野缺损的相关性。方法:对30例慢性闭角型青光眼患者41只眼进行相干断层扫描(OCT)及视野检查,对其RNFL平均厚度和视野进行测量,使用SPSS 11.5统计软件,采用相关分析方法对RNFL平均厚度与视野缺损进行统计学处理。结果:通过对41只眼的统计分析,结果显示:RNFL平均厚度与平均缺损(MD)、平均敏感度(MS)相关(r=-0.623,p0.01;r=0.568,p0.01)。结论:海德堡Spectralis OCT型扫描仪RNFL程序在慢性闭角型青光眼的诊断上与瑞士OCTOPUS 101视野计G2程序高度相关。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe and analyze the clinical characteristics of 30 cases (41 eyes) of chronic angle-closure glaucoma diagnosed in outpatient clinic of our hospital, and to analyze and summarize the clinical characteristics of chronic angle closure glaucoma and the mechanism of optic nerve injury. Correlation between (RNFL) mean thickness of optic nerve fiber layer and visual field defect. Methods: coherence tomography (OCT) and visual field examination were performed in 41 eyes of 30 patients with chronic angle closure glaucoma. The mean thickness and visual field of RNFL were measured by SPSS 11.5 software. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the mean thickness of RNFL and visual field defect. Results: the average thickness of RNFL was correlated with the average sensitivity of (MD), in 41 eyes (r = 0.623, p 0.01). The results showed that the mean thickness of RNFL was significantly correlated with the average sensitivity of (MD), (r = 0.623, p 0.01n = 0.568 / p 0.01). Conclusion: the RNFL program of Heidelberg Spectralis OCT scanner is highly correlated with OCTOPUS 101 visual field G 2 program in the diagnosis of chronic angle closure glaucoma.
