抗菌肽LL-37在慢性鼻窦炎中作用的研究现状

【摘要】:正近年来研究发现,先天性免疫在呼吸道炎性疾病如哮喘及慢性鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)的发病机制中占有举足轻重的作用,而先天性免疫对于黏膜表面的感染的第一道防线作用,是通过多种免疫效应分子,如toll样受体、表面蛋白、以及抗菌肽等早期识别微生物抗原、进行初始的抗菌活动以及激活特异性免疫实现的〔1-5〕。LL-37是迄今在人体中发现的抗菌肽cathelicidin家族中的唯一成员,在宿主防御反应中起着重要作用。本文就LL-37研究现状及其在慢性鼻及鼻窦炎中的作用做一综述。
[Abstract]:In recent years, it has been found that congenital immunity plays an important role in the pathogenesis of respiratory inflammatory diseases such as asthma and chronic sinusitis (chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS). Is the early recognition of microbial antigens by a variety of immunoreactive molecules, such as toll like receptors, surface proteins, and antimicrobial peptides. LL-37 is the only member of the cathelicidin family of antimicrobial peptides found so far and plays an important role in host defense response. This article reviews the current status of LL-37 research and its role in chronic rhinosinusitis.
