深圳市宝安区小学生视力低下群体性干预效果评价

【摘要】:目的分析深圳市宝安区小学生视力变化情况,探讨多种群体性干预措施对防控视力低下的效果。方法采用多阶整群抽样方法随机选取深圳市宝安区8所小学,对3~5年级共86个班级的学生进行调查研究,将研究对象随机分为用眼行为管理、多维视觉爱眼体操、视力架坐姿矫正和对照组共4个组,于2013年4月首次视力检查,持续干预15个月后再次进行视力检查,并对干预效果进行评价。结果 15个月内小学生视力下降明显;用眼行为管理可有效延缓视力低下检出率的增长,同时起到降低视力低下新发率和增加其恢复率的效果,而多维视觉爱眼体操和视力架坐姿矫正器在防治小学生视力低下效果尚不明显。结论用眼行为管理能有效控制小学生视力低下的进展,对保护学生视力健康及预防近视起到积极作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the changes of visual acuity of primary school students in Baoan District of Shenzhen City and to explore the effect of various group intervention measures on prevention and control of low vision. Methods 8 primary schools in Baoan District of Shenzhen were randomly selected by multi-step cluster sampling method. The students in 86 classes in grade 3 or 5 were investigated. The subjects were randomly divided into eye behavior management and multi-dimensional visual eye gymnastics. The visual acuity frame and the control group were examined for the first time in April, 2013. After 15 months of continuous intervention, the visual acuity was checked again, and the effect of the intervention was evaluated. Results the visual acuity of pupils decreased significantly within 15 months. Eye behavior management can effectively delay the increase of the detection rate of visual acuity, at the same time, it can reduce the new incidence rate and increase the recovery rate. The effect of multi-dimensional visual eye-loving gymnastics and orthopedic in preventing and treating primary school students' low vision is not obvious. Conclusion Eye behavior management can effectively control the progress of primary school students' visual impairment and play a positive role in protecting students' visual health and preventing myopia.
