鼻内镜下鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤低温等离子射频治疗术后黏膜恢复的观察

【摘要】：目的:总结鼻内镜下低温等离子手术治疗鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤术后黏膜上皮化规律。方法:对2008-07-2012-07期间接受鼻内镜下鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤低温等离子射频手术的104例患者进行临床分析,在鼻内镜下观察其黏膜恢复情况。结果:Ⅰ~Ⅲ级的黏膜恢复情况呈递减趋势,经组间χ2检验,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);平均上皮化时间为2.7个月。各级之间呈递减趋势,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。大部分患者在2.9个月完成上皮化。结论:鼻内镜下低温等离子手术治疗鼻腔内翻性乳头状瘤安全、有效,术后复查至少3个月。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize the rule of mucosal epithelization after nasal endoscope hypothermic plasma surgery for inverted papilloma of nasal cavity.
