低相对分子量壳聚糖修饰的醋甲唑胺固体脂质纳米粒对治疗青光眼的体内外效果

【摘要】:正通过改良的化学氧化降解法得到低相对分子量壳聚糖(CS)。采用改良的乳化-溶剂挥发法制备采用及未用上述CS修饰的醋甲唑胺固体脂质纳米粒(CS-SLN-MTZ和SLN-MTZ),结果两种制品的平均粒径为(252.8±4.0)和(199.4±2.8)nm,ζ电位为(+31.3±1.7)和(-21.3±1.9)mV。物理稳定性研究表明,CS-SLN-MTZ在4℃下能维持稳定4个月以上,而SLN-MTZ则不超过2个月。体外研究表明,相对于SLN-MTZ,CS-SLN-
