【摘要】：正通过改良的化学氧化降解法得到低相对分子量壳聚糖(CS)。采用改良的乳化-溶剂挥发法制备采用及未用上述CS修饰的醋甲唑胺固体脂质纳米粒(CS-SLN-MTZ和SLN-MTZ),结果两种制品的平均粒径为(252.8±4.0)和(199.4±2.8)nm,ζ电位为(+31.3±1.7)和(-21.3±1.9)mV。物理稳定性研究表明,CS-SLN-MTZ在4℃下能维持稳定4个月以上,而SLN-MTZ则不超过2个月。体外研究表明,相对于SLN-MTZ,CS-SLN-
