新生儿重度喉软化症1例报告

【摘要】：正1942年Jackson首先描述了一组吸气时声门上组织向内塌陷的临床病理生理现象,提出喉软化症(laryngomalacia)的命名。本病是一种婴幼儿常见的疾病,偶可见于较大的儿童或迟发性喉软化症患儿,由喉肌组织功能障碍所致,约占喉先天性畸形的50%~75%。但重症病例在新生儿中罕见。我院确诊一例新生儿重度喉软化症,现总结其临床发展过程,为认识该疾病及对其诊断和治疗提供参考。
[Abstract]:In 1942, Jackson first described a group of clinical pathophysiological phenomena of inward collapse of supraglottic tissue during inhale, and proposed the name (laryngomalacia) for laryngomalacia. This disease is a common disease in infants and young children. It can be seen occasionally in larger children or children with delayed laryngomalacia. The disease is caused by laryngeal muscle dysfunction, accounting for about 50% to 75% of congenital malformation of the larynx. But severe cases are rare in newborns. A newborn with severe laryngeal malacia was diagnosed in our hospital. The clinical development of the disease was summarized in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
