【摘要】:正听性脑干反应(ABR)是临床常用的听觉诱发电位测试方法之一;测试声有短声及短纯音,其中短声ABR应用最为广泛。短声ABR的优点是反应波形清晰易于辨认,其中波V的反应阈接近行为听阈,测试所需时间相对较短,各反应波的发生源比较明确,在正常人、不同听力损失的人群以及不同年龄的人群中研究及应用广泛,测试数据丰富,反应结果稳定可靠。近些年来,用一种新的、人工合成的chirp声诱发ABR的报道越来越多,本文对chirp
[Abstract]:Positive auditory brainstem response (ABR) is one of the commonly used methods of auditory evoked potential test, and short sound and short pure tone are tested, among which short sound ABR is the most widely used. The advantage of short sound ABR is that the response waveform is clear and easy to identify, in which the response threshold of wave V is close to the behavioral hearing threshold, the test time is relatively short, and the source of each reaction wave is relatively clear, in normal people.
