不同程度间歇性低氧对大鼠不同脑区Bax、Bcl-2表达的影响
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of Bax,Bcl-2 expression in different brain regions of rats after intermittent hypoxia and to explore the mechanism of (OSAHS) nerve injury in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome. Methods 30 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group (n = 10), mild intermittent hypoxia group (n = 10) and severe intermittent hypoxia group (n = 10). The control group was exposed to air, and the intermittent hypoxia group was exposed to different hypoxia conditions (100 ml/L and 50 ml/L, exposure time 8 h, duration 2 w and 8 w)., respectively). The structural changes of nerve cells in frontalis cortex, striatum, hippocampus and cerebellum were observed by light microscope, and the expression of Bax,Bcl-2 in these areas was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results compared with the control group, with the prolongation of hypoxia time, the density of dead neurons in the frontolobe cortex, striatum, hippocampus and cerebellar nerve cell area of the two groups increased, and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax decreased (P 0.05). The above changes were most significant in the severe intermittent hypoxia group (P 0.05), and the death neuron density and Bcl-2/Bax ratio in each brain area were significantly different in the mild intermittent hypoxia group, especially in the frontolobe cortex and hippocampus (P 0.05). In severe intermittent hypoxia group, the density of dead neurons and the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax in each brain area were significantly different, especially in cortex, hippocampus and striatum. Conclusion intermittent hypoxia can induce the differential expression of Bcl-2 and Bax and the loss of nerve cells in different brain regions, and the cortex, hippocampus and striatum are more sensitive to intermittent hypoxia injury.
