人工耳蜗植入儿童使用无线调频系统后言语康复效果的评估研究

【摘要】:目的:对于母语为声调型的汉语普通话人群,评估人工耳蜗耦连无线调频系统(FM系统)后对言语感知力的改善效果。方法:利用中文开放式言语评估系统(MSP)为测试工具对纳入实验的11例人工耳蜗植入儿童的言语感知力进行评估。分别采用麦克风(microphone,M)、FM系统+麦克风(FM+M)2种输入方式评估受试者在不同信噪比(SNR:15、10、5、0、-5、-10dB)等条件的言语识别率的改善情况;并观察记录其在实验中的主观表现变化。结果:1在不同信噪比下测试两组言语识别率结果显示M组和FM+M组主效应间差异有统计学意义(F=72.938,P0.01),不同信噪比之间差异有统计学意义(F=230.715,P0.01),分组和不同信噪比水平之间存在互交效应(F=40.893,P0.01);2实验中采用FM+M输入方式后,受试者回答问题时声音音量明显提高,表现更自信。结论:对于母语为声调型的汉语普通话人群,使用FM系统后能显著改善其在噪声环境的言语感知力,使其更接近正常听力人群。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of cochlear implantation coupled with wireless frequency modulation system (FM) on speech perception in Mandarin Chinese population with tone type. Methods: the speech perception of 11 children with cochlear implantation was evaluated by using the Chinese open speech evaluation system (MSP) as a test tool. Microphone (microphone,M), FM system microphone (FM M) was used to evaluate the improvement of speech recognition rate under different signal-to-noise ratio (SNR:15,10,5,0,-5,-10dB) conditions.
