双通道视觉质量分析系统评价弱视儿童的视觉质量
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the difference of visual quality and scattering between amblyopia children and normal children by using dual channel visual quality analysis system (optical quality analysis system,OQAS II), and to provide some reference for clinical application. Methods 28 amblyopia children (53 eyes) and 28 normal children (47 eyes) were randomly selected as amblyopia group and normal control group. All the selected children were treated with objective visual quality analysis system (OQAS II). Visiometrics) Detection, mydriasis optometry and standard logarithmic visual acuity scale evaluation. The diopter, visual acuity, MTF cutoff spatial frequency (MTF cutoff), Steller ratio (strehl ratio,SR), objective scattering index (objective scattering index,OSI) and contrast were compared with 100%, 20% and 9% of the two groups (OQAS value,OV100%,). (OV20% and OV9%). Results the corrected visual acuity and equivalent spherical lens were 0.26 卤0.17 log MAR and (2.91 卤3.25) D in amblyopia group, and (30.91 卤15.24) c 路d-1 in amblyopia group, 0.20 卤0.11 and 1.15 卤1.42 in amblyopia group, respectively. (1.03 卤0.51) c 路d-1, (0.78 卤0.45) c 路d-1, (0.52 卤0.38) c 路d-1; MTF cutoff,SR,OSI,OV100%,OV20% and OV9% in normal control group were (37.49 卤9.81) c 路d ~ (- 1), 0.23 卤0.07, 0.74 卤1.39, (1.25 卤0.33) c 路d ~ (- 1), (0.94 卤0.30) c 路d ~ (- 1), respectively. (0.61 卤0.21) c 路d-1. There were significant differences in MTF cutoff,OV100% and OV20% between the two groups (P 0.05). There was a statistically significant correlation between the number of spherical and cylindrical mirrors and MTF cutoff,SR,OSI,OV100%,OV20% and OV9% in amblyopia children (P 0.05). Conclusion the visual quality of amblyopia children is worse than that of normal children, and it is mainly manifested in the partial decrease of middle and high frequency contrast. Scattering is not the factor leading to the decrease of visual quality of amblyopia children.
