辨证自拟中药联合手术治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的探讨辨证自拟中药联合手术治疗分泌性中耳炎(SOM)的临床疗效.方法 196例SOM患者随机分为观察组和对照组,均依病变情况给予手术治疗,观察组在此基础上依据中医辨证分型给予相应中药口服,比较两组患者主观感受情况和临床疗效,并比较三种不同辨证分型患者间临床疗效.结果治疗后观察组患者耳鸣、耳聋、听力下降、耳闷塞感的的改善情况均优于对照组(χ2=4.356,P=0.037,χ2=4.923,P=0.027,χ2=5.707,P=0.036,χ2=5.707,P=0.017)症状;观察组患者总有效率为,观察组有效率高于对照组(91.84%VS 85.72%,χ2=6.000,P=0.014));风邪滞窍型、痰湿聚耳型、气血瘀络型患者治疗总有效率分别为91.49%、92.10%和92.31%,三种辨证型间治疗效果差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.015,P=0.992).结论辨证自拟中药联合手术可有效提高分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation and self-made traditional Chinese medicine combined with surgery in the treatment of secretory otitis media (SOM). Methods 196 patients with SOM were randomly divided into observation group and control group, all of which were treated surgically according to the pathological changes. On this basis, the observation group was given oral administration of the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine according to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, and the subjective feelings and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. The clinical effects of three different syndrome differentiation types were compared.
