不同年龄正常听力新生儿和婴幼儿听性脑干反应波潜伏期的特点及变化规律

【摘要】：目的:探讨不同年龄正常听力新生儿和婴幼儿听性脑干反应(ABR)波潜伏期的特点及变化规律,为准确评估新生儿及婴幼儿的听力情况提供参考。方法:选取2010年3月~2013年3月间在该院进行听力检查且结果正常的新生儿和婴幼儿153名(306耳),将其按不同年龄段分组进行ABR测试,同时选取18~25岁的正常青年人19名(38耳)为对照组,对比组间各波潜伏期和波间期的变化情况。结果:ABR波Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ潜伏期时间随着新生儿和婴幼儿月龄的增大而逐渐变短,其中波Ⅰ潜伏时间1~7日组、30~59日组、2~4个月组明显长于对照组;波Ⅲ潜伏时间1~7日组、30~59日组、2~4个月组、5~7个月组明显长于对照组;波Ⅴ潜伏时间1~7日组、30~59日组、2~4个月组、5~7个月组、8~10个月组、11~13个月组、14~16个月组明显长于对照组;以上差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。ABRⅠ~Ⅲ、Ⅰ~Ⅴ波间期分别于8~10个月、17~19个月起和对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P0.05),Ⅲ~Ⅴ波间期至20~24个月时和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:新生儿和婴幼儿ABR检测结果应当结合不同月龄和各波潜伏期、波间期等指标进行综合分析,不能直接参照正常成人标准。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the characteristics and changes of auditory brainstem response (ABR) wave latency in neonates and infants with normal hearing of different ages, and to provide reference for accurate evaluation of hearing status in neonates and infants.
