逆行置管治疗鼻泪管阻塞87例临床观察

【摘要】： 【目的】：探讨逆行鼻泪管置管术治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效【研究方法】：收集我院2008年2月至2010年3月应用逆行鼻泪管置管治疗鼻泪管阻塞的病例资料87例(101眼)其中逆植球头硅胶管共79例(92眼),逆植人工鼻泪管8例(9眼),对其进行临床观察并讨论。【结果】逆植球头硅胶管的患者术后随诊3-27个月,平均14个月,治愈、好转79眼,治愈有效率86.81%,无效12眼13.18%。植人工鼻泪管的患者术后随诊1-3个月,治愈8眼,有效率88.89%。采用卡方检验,x2=0.389 P=0.5330.05.手术疗效在两种手术方式之间差异无显著意义。【研究结论】逆行置管治疗鼻泪管阻塞具有操作简单、疗效良好、微创、经济的优点,患者容易接受,有很好的推广价值。
