不同方法治疗在良性阵发性眩晕的研究

【摘要】：目的探讨眩晕障碍量表(dizziness handicap inventory,DHI)对水平背地性眼震良性阵发性位置性眩晕(apo-geotropic nystagmus horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,apogeotropic HSC-BPPV)患者健康相关生活质量(quality of life,QOL)的评估意义。方法回顾性分析2014年3月至2015年5月期间确诊为apogeotropicHSC-BPPV的40例患者,采用汉化的英文版眩晕障碍量表,在治疗前和治疗后1个月进行QOL的调查和评估,比较采用不同耳石重置法的两组患者功能、情感、躯体三个方面的得分和总分。结果两组患者在治疗后的DHI各项分值和总分均明显低于治疗前,且差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者间比较,在治疗前和治疗后的DHI各项分值和总分均相当,差异无统计学意义(P0.05);两组手法耳石复位全部成功。结论水平背地性眼震良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者,改良Nuti法和Gufoni法均能改善患者的QOL,汉化的英文版DHI在BPPV患者QOL评估中起着重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the significance of vertigo disorder scale (dizziness handicap inventory,DHI) in evaluating health-related quality of life (quality of life,QOL) in patients with horizontal dorsal nystagmus benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (apo-geotropic nystagmus horizontal semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,apogeotropic HSC-BPPV). Methods 40 patients with apogeotropicHSC-BPPV diagnosed from March 2014 to May 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. the QOL was investigated and evaluated before and 1 month after treatment with the Chinese English version of Vertigo Disorder scale. The scores and total scores of function, emotion and body of the two groups were compared. Results the scores and total scores of DHI in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores and total scores of DHI before and after treatment between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion both modified Nuti method and Gufoni method can improve the Chinese version of QOL, in patients with horizontal dorsal nystagmus benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, which plays an important role in the evaluation of QOL in patients with BPPV.
