儿童分泌性中耳炎的抗变态反应治疗研究

【摘要】：目的:探索儿童分泌性中耳炎与变态反应的关系。方法:将42例分泌性中耳炎患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各21例,两组患儿给予糖皮质激素雾化吸入,仙璐贝滴剂和二、三代头孢口服;在此基础上实验组加用地氯雷他定口服,两组均治疗4周。通过患者血清免疫球蛋白含量检测,观察抗变态反应治疗对治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的疗效。结果:治疗后3个月随访,实验组痊愈14例,有效7例;对照组痊愈9例,有效8例,无效4例,两组治疗有效率差异有统计学意义(P0.05);实验组血清Ig E水平明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:对于内分泌性中耳炎患儿进行抗变态反应治疗效果显著,儿童分泌性中耳炎与变态反应的关系密切。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between secretory otitis media and allergy in children. Methods: 42 children with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 21) and control group (n = 21). The two groups were treated with glucocorticoid atomization inhalation, Xianlubei drops and second and third generation cephalosporins, on the basis of which the experimental group was treated with loratadine for 4 weeks. The effect of antiallergic therapy on secretory otitis media in children was observed by detecting the content of serum immunoglobulin. Results: three months after treatment, 14 cases were cured and 7 cases were effective in the experimental group, 9 cases in the control group were cured, 8 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective, the difference of the effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the level of serum Ig E in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: antiallergic therapy is effective in children with endocrine otitis media, and the relationship between secretory otitis media and allergy is close.
