鼻内镜手术切口感染的干预研究

【摘要】：目的分析鼻息肉鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术后切口感染的发生,探讨有效的干预预防对策,为临床资料提供参考依据。方法对医院2005-2012年收治的鼻息肉鼻窦炎患者行鼻内镜手术后发生切口感染的28例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,通过对患者自身因素、手术情况、住院时间的分析比较,寻找影响切口感染的危险因素,采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果全部2 963例经过鼻内镜手术治疗鼻息肉、鼻窦炎的患者共发生切口感染28例,感染率为0.94%;患者年龄、吸烟、饮酒史、糖尿病史、手术时间、切口类型、麻醉方式、围术期的护理、抗菌药物的使用和住院时间等是发生术后切口感染的相关因素。结论规劝患者戒烟、控制血糖水平,加强手术熟练度缩短手术时间、做好围术期的护理以及合理使用抗菌药物等可以有效地降低切口感染的发生,综合性护理和防治措施是控制切口感染的有效手段。
[Abstract]:Objective To analyze the occurrence of incisional infection after nasal endoscopic surgery of nasal polyposis and to explore effective preventive measures and provide reference for clinical data. Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with the incisional infection after nasal endoscopic surgery in the hospital from 2005 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively, and the risk factors that affected the incision infection were found through the analysis of the patient's own factors, the operation condition and the hospital stay time. The software of SPSS16.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 2,963 cases of nasal polyposis and nasal polypus were treated by nasal endoscopic surgery. The infection rate was 0.94%. The patient's age, smoking, history of drinking, history of diabetes, time of operation, type of incision, the way of anesthesia, nursing during the perioperative period, The use of antibacterial drugs and the time of hospital stay were related to the postoperative incision infection. Conclusion It is an effective way to control the infection of incisional infection, such as stopping smoking, controlling blood sugar level, strengthening the skill of the operation, shortening the operation time, keeping the nursing in the perioperative period, and using the anti-bacterial medicine reasonably.
