眼前节光学相干断层扫描对角膜裂伤缝合术后早期角膜伤口的形态学分析

【摘要】：目的利用眼前节光学相干断层扫描(anterior segment optical coherence tomography,AS-OCT)技术分析角膜裂伤缝合术后早期角膜伤口形态学的特点。方法选取196例(196眼)角膜裂伤患者,于角膜裂伤缝合术后第1天,运用AS-OCT分析角膜伤口对合情况,测量角膜厚度,同时观察患者对侧眼相应部位角膜厚度情况,以作对比。结果术后所有患者裂隙灯下检查角膜伤口均闭合良好,无渗漏。根据AS-OCT的表现,患者角膜伤口形态分为4型,其中27眼(13.78%)为Ⅰ型对合良好;123眼(62.76%)为Ⅱ型错位对合;41眼(20.92%)为Ⅲ型内口哆开;5眼(2.55%)为Ⅳ型虹膜前粘连。4种类型中,患眼伤口处最大角膜厚度平均值均明显大于对侧眼相应部位角膜厚度平均值,差异均具有统计学意义(均为P0.05);4种类型中患眼与对侧眼角膜厚度差值的组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.383)。结论角膜裂伤缝合术后早期角膜伤口形态差异大,ASOCT可精确观察、定量分析角膜伤口形态。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the morphological characteristics of corneal wounds in the early stage after corneal laceration suture by anterior segment optical coherence tomography (anterior segment optical coherence tomography,AS-OCT). Methods 196 patients (196 eyes) with corneal laceration were selected. On the first day after corneal laceration suture, the corneal wound alignment was analyzed by AS-OCT, the corneal thickness was measured, and the corneal thickness of the contralateral eye was observed to make a comparison. Results all the corneal wounds were closed and no leakage was found under slit lamp. According to the findings of AS-OCT, the corneal wound morphology of the patients was divided into 4 types, including 27 eyes (13.78%) with good type I alignment, 123 eyes (62.76%) with type 鈪，
