多焦视网膜电流图评估雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性疗效的价值

【摘要】：目的应用多焦视网膜电流图(mfERG)评价雷珠单抗治疗年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)疗效的价值。方法 AMD患者31例(31眼)接受玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗,每月1次,共3次。比较治疗前后患眼mfERG检测中1-5环反应振幅、潜伏期及最佳矫正视力的变化。结果治疗后,患眼mfERG反应振幅1、2环高于治疗前(P0.01),反应潜伏期1-5环均有降低(P0.05或P0.01)。结论 mfERG能明确显示雷珠单抗治疗AMD能有效改善视网膜的生理功能。
