糖尿病小鼠角膜损害的形态观察

【摘要】：目的观察糖尿病小鼠角膜形态损害的特点,为后期进行的糖尿病角膜病变保护因子研究提供研究基础。方法 STZ诱导的糖尿病C57BL/J小鼠,分别于糖尿病成功造模后3个月、6个月时,选取糖尿病小鼠和正常对照组小鼠角膜,石蜡包埋后行HE染色观察形态学变化。结果糖尿病成功造模后3个月、6个月,与正常对照组相比,糖尿病小鼠角膜水肿、基质增厚,角膜溃疡区上皮缺损,溃疡区基质增厚、角膜水肿明显高于非溃疡区。结论糖尿病小鼠造模后3个月即可发生角膜基质病变,6个月时角膜基质改变更加严重。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the characteristics of corneal morphological damage in diabetic mice and to provide a basis for the study of protective factors of diabetic keratopathy in the later stage. Methods Diabetic C57BL/J mice induced by STZ were selected from the cornea of diabetic mice and normal control mice at 3 and 6 months after successful modeling of diabetes mellitus, and the morphological changes were observed by HE staining after paraffin embedding. Results compared with the normal control group, corneal edema, matrix thickening, epithelial defect in corneal ulcer area, matrix thickening and corneal edema in diabetic mice were significantly higher than those in non-ulcer area at 3 months and 6 months after successful establishment of diabetic model. Conclusion Corneal stroma lesions can occur in diabetic mice at 3 months after modeling, and the corneal stroma changes are more serious at 6 months.
