【摘要】:目的将酮洛芬制成固体分散体,考察其体外溶出特性。方法以聚乙二醇(PEG)为载体,用熔融法制备固体分散体,用正交试验筛选最优处方和制备工艺,X射线衍射法对其进行表征,并对固体分散体进行体外溶出度研究。结果固体分散体最优处方和工艺为,PEG 6000为载体,药物与载体比例为1∶5,制备温度为100℃,制备时间为30 min。制成的固体分散体在p H=7.6的介质中释放速率最快,45 min时溶出百分率为94.5%。结论酮洛芬固体分散体可显著提高酮洛芬的体外溶出速率。
[Abstract]:Objective To prepare the solid dispersion by using polyethylene glycol ( PEG ) as carrier and to prepare the solid dispersion by melt method .
