【摘要】:目的:了解精神药物对驾驶能力影响的研究进展。方法:查阅近年来国内外相关文献,就精神药物对驾驶能力影响的研究进行归纳和总结。结果与结论:大部分精神药物具有损害驾驶能力的作用。地西泮、氟硝西泮、劳拉西泮、替马西泮和三唑仑等苯二氮类药物对服用者的视觉、听觉、注意力、紧急制动、反应能力和手眼协调能力的损害作用明显;唑吡坦、扎来普隆和佐匹克隆等新型非苯二氮类催眠药容易导致服用者心理运动能力和神经心理能力测试成绩的下降;阿米替林、丙咪嗪和多塞平等抗抑郁药物可引发服用者的横向位置保持、视觉、反应、警惕和容忍能力的明显损害;苯海拉明、羟嗪、咪唑斯汀和右氯苯那敏等抗组胺类药物能显著增加服用者驾驶过程中的横向位置标准差和速度偏差;可待因等阿片类药物对服用者的选择反应时和嗜睡的影响突出;卡马西平和奥卡西平等抗癫痫药物可降低服用者的车道保持能力和主观评价,增加驾驶错误和嗜睡。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the research progress of the influence of psychotropic drugs on driving ability. Methods: to review the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years. Results and conclusions: most psychotropic drugs have the effect of impairing driving ability. Diazepam, flunitazepam, lorazepam. Diazepam and triazolam had significant effects on visual, auditory, attention, emergency immobilization, reaction and hand-eye coordination. New non-benzodiazepine hypnotic drugs such as zolpidem, Zaleplon and zopicron could lead to the decrease of psychomotor ability and neuropsychological ability test scores. Amitriptyline, imipramine and dopamethasone antidepressants can trigger significant impairment of the person's ability to maintain lateral position, vision, response, vigilance and tolerance; Antihistamines such as phenhydramine, hydroxazine, midazolastine and dextralphenamine significantly increased the lateral position standard deviation and speed deviation during driving. The effects of opioids such as codeine on the selective reaction time and somnolence of the users were prominent. Carbamazepine and O'Casey 's equal antiepileptic drugs reduced driveway retention and subjective evaluation, increased driving errors and sleepiness.
