【摘要】:目的:研究红树林内生真菌Aspergillus sp.085035的次级代谢产物。方法:采用柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱技术对Aspergillus sp.085035的次级代谢产物进行分离纯化,并利用波谱数据和X-射线单晶衍射等方法鉴定化合物结构;采用MTT法对所得化合物进行细胞毒活性检测。结果:从红树林内生真菌Aspergillus sp.085035的乙酸乙酯粗提物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:13R-fumigaclavine C(1)、8'-O-methylasterric acid(2)、1,2-secotrypacidin(3)、rhizoctonic acid(4)、chaetominine(5)、helvolic acid(6)、trypacidin(7)、emodin-8-methylether(8)和fumitremorgin C(9)。结论:化合物1为新天然产物,化合物1、8为首次从曲霉属中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从该真菌中分离得到,化合物7对MDA-MB-435细胞株具有细胞毒活性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus Aspergillus sp.085035 in mangrove forests. The secondary metabolites of Aspergillus sp.085035 were separated and purified by column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by means of spectral data and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The cytotoxic activity of the compounds was determined by MTT method. Results: the endophytic fungus Aspergillus from mangrove forests was used to detect the cytotoxicity of the compounds. Nine compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of sp.085035. They were identified as: 13R-fumigaclavine, Candellavine, 8- O-methylasterric acidine, respectively. 2-secoTrypacidinine 3 Rhizoctonic acidinine 4). Helvolic acidin7). Conclusion: compound 1 is a new natural product and compound 1 is a new natural product. 8 was isolated from Aspergillus for the first time and all compounds were isolated from the fungus for the first time. Compound 7 has cytotoxic activity to MDA-MB-435 cell line.
