胰腺疾病药物专利情报分析

【摘要】：胰腺疾病发病率逐年增高,对其药物专利信息进行挖掘与解读,可以了解研发动态,掌握国际竞争态势,为我国药物研发和专利布局提供重要参考。基于DII平台,利用专利分析法,结合药学专业知识,从申请量历年变化趋势、学科领域分布和专利权人等角度进行分析。结果表明,国际上该领域的药物研发目前处于平稳递减时期,增长速度缓慢,技术趋于成熟;化学、药理学与药学、工程学、计算机科学等不同学科领域之间正在相互渗透;美国默克集团、日本武田药品工业株式会社及德国勃林格殷格翰公司作为技术引领者,拥有大量专利,领先优势明显,近年来专利数量增长迅速,技术研发逐步增强;美国默克集团、诺华公司、强生公司及辉瑞公司具有较强的合作能力。
[Abstract]:The incidence of pancreatic diseases is increasing year by year. It is possible to understand the research and development trends and grasp the international competition situation by excavating and interpreting the patent information of its drugs. On the basis of DII platform, using patent analysis method, combined with pharmaceutical professional knowledge, from the trend of application over the years. The results show that the international drug research and development in this field is in a period of steady decline, the growth rate is slow, the technology tends to mature; Chemistry, pharmacology and pharmaceutical, engineering, computer science and other different disciplines are permeating each other; American Merck Group, Takeda Pharmaceutical Industry Co., Ltd. of Japan and Brig Ingham Company of Germany, as technology leaders, have a large number of patents, the leading advantage is obvious, the number of patents has increased rapidly in recent years. Technical research and development is gradually enhanced; Merck Group, Novartis, Johnson and Pfizer have strong cooperation ability.
