呋喃二烯纳米乳冻干工艺的研究

【摘要】:目的:研制呋喃二烯冻干纳米乳剂,提高呋喃二烯纳米乳的稳定性。方法:采用冷冻干燥法将呋喃二烯纳米乳冷冻,以冻干乳的外观、复溶情况和粒径等为考察指标优化呋喃二烯纳米乳冻干保护剂和冻干工艺。结果:采用10%的蔗糖作为冻干保护剂所研制的呋喃二烯冻干纳米乳冻干复溶后粒径为(166.3±7.9)nm,多分散系数(polydispersity index,PDI)为0.163;而呋喃二烯纳米乳冻干前平均粒径为(164.9±3.3)nm,多分散系数(PDI)为0.157。并且冻干乳外观雪白、平滑、饱满,复溶速度快,20℃放置粒径及主药含量稳定。结论:该工艺制备的呋喃二烯冻干纳米乳稳定性明显优于其乳剂。
[Abstract]:Objective: to prepare freeze-dried nano-furan diene emulsion and improve the stability of furandiene nano-emulsion. Methods: the freeze-drying method was used to freeze furandiene nano-emulsion and the appearance of freeze-dried milk was obtained. The resolubility and particle size were investigated to optimize the freeze-drying protectant and freeze-drying process of furandiene nano-emulsion. Using 10% sucrose as freeze-drying protectant, the size of freeze-dried nano-emulsion prepared by freeze-drying (. 166.3 卤7.9 nm.
