医院药师职业倦怠现状与影响因素调查

【摘要】：目的:分析医院药师职业倦怠现状及其与人口统计学因素的关系。方法:采用修订版马氏量表(MBI-HSS)及一般情况调查表对732名医院药师进行调查,运用SPSS19.0对调查结果进行描述性分析、t检验和方差分析。结果:在情绪耗竭和去人性化两个维度上被试者处于中等倦怠水平,个人成就感维度处于高度倦怠水平。30岁以下组去人性化和低成就感程度高,大专组职业倦怠程度相较于其他学历更高,初级职称成就感最低,月收入低于4 000元组情绪耗竭程度最高,在门诊工作人员情绪耗竭和去人性化程度最高。结论:医院药师群体存在较高的职业倦怠,同时受从业时间、教育程度、职称、月收入等因素影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the present situation of hospital pharmacists' job burnout and its relationship with demographic factors. Methods: the revised Markov scale (MBI-HSS) was used. 732 pharmacists in hospitals were investigated with general information questionnaire. SPSS19.0 was used for descriptive analysis and variance analysis. Results: the subjects were at the middle level of burnout on the two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and dehumanization. The dimension of personal accomplishment is in the high level of burnout. The group under 30 years of age has a high degree of dehumanization and low sense of achievement. The junior college group has higher degree of job burnout than other academic background and the lowest sense of achievement of primary title. The degree of emotional exhaustion was the highest in the group with monthly income of less than 4 000 yuan, and the highest in the outpatient service staff. Conclusion: the hospital pharmacists have higher job burnout and working time at the same time. Education level, professional title, monthly income and other factors.
