我院门诊药房智能配发药系统的工作效能分析及优化

【摘要】:目的:提高发药系统的工作效能。方法:比较我院门诊药房调整前(2014年6月)由发药系统与人工窗口调剂药品的处方数和药品盒数,再结合订单、货品、数量(EIQ)-ABC法进行分析,调整发药系统与人工窗口调剂品种;再通过分析调整后(2014年8月)的相关指标评价改进效果。结果:调整前的数据显示发药系统在发放药品盒数上工作量低于人工调剂(P=0.000),在发放处方张数上二者相似(P=0.122);经重新设置发药系统的药品品种后,发药系统在两项指标上均明显高于人工调剂(P=0.000)。结论:优化发药系统可有效提高其工作效能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the efficiency of dispensing system. Methods: to compare the number of prescriptions and drug boxes between dispensing system and manual window before dispensing in outpatient pharmacy (June 2014). Goods, quantity and quantity were analyzed by EIQC-ABC method, and the distribution system and artificial window dispensing were adjusted. Results: the data before the adjustment showed that the workload of the distribution system in the number of dispensing boxes was lower than that of manual dispensing drugs (P0. 000). . The number of prescription sheets was similar to that of P0. 122; The drug distribution system was significantly higher than that of artificial drug dispensing system in two indexes after the drug distribution system was reconfigured. Conclusion: optimizing the drug distribution system can effectively improve its working efficiency.
