对国产单剂量摆药机在我院使用效果的分析

【摘要】：目的分析国产单剂量摆药机对临床护士核对药品的工作效率的影响以及两种摆药方法药品差错的比较。方法走访我院使用摆药机摆药的46个病区,汇总各病区手工摆药及摆药机摆药临床护士核对药品的工作时长,统计两种摆药方法的差错次数。结果核对药品的临床护士的工作时间整体有大幅地缩短,明显提升患者对护士和药师的服务满意度,机摆药品的差错率显著降低。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influence of domestic single dose dispensing drugs to check the nurse's working efficiency and the comparison of two kinds of methods of dispensing drug error. 46 methods of visiting our hospital ward dispensing, dispensing and manual collection of the ward dispensing clinical nurses check medicine work long, error statistics of two kinds of drug dispensing method. Results the clinical nurses check drug work has greatly shortened the whole time, improve the patients to the nurse and pharmacist service satisfaction, reduce the error rate of drug machine.
