脑蛋白水解物对小鼠记忆巩固能力的影响及机制

【摘要】:目的观察脑蛋白水解物对记忆巩固障碍模型小鼠学习记忆能力的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法采用跳台法观察脑蛋白水解物对亚硝酸钠记忆巩固障碍模型小鼠学习记忆能力的影响,测定小鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性与脑组织乙酰胆碱酯酶(ACh E)、Na+-K+-ATP、γ氨基丁酸酯(GABA)、MDA含量和SOD活性,并观察小鼠脑组织海马区病理形态学变化。结果脑蛋白水解物能延长小鼠潜伏期,减少错误次数;降低血清MDA含量,升高血清SOD活性;降低脑组织Na+-K+-ATP和ACh E含量,升高GABA含量;脑蛋白水解物对正常小鼠脑组织形态学无明显影响,对记忆巩固障碍模型小鼠脑组织有不同程度的修复作用。结论脑蛋白水解物能增强正常小鼠、改善亚硝酸钠记忆巩固障碍模型小鼠的学习记忆能力,可能与其减少自由基损伤有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of brain protein hydrolysate on learning and memory ability of mice with memory consolidation disorder. Methods the effect of brain protein hydrolysate on the learning and memory ability of mice with sodium nitrite memory consolidation disorder was studied. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum and the activity of acetylcholinesterase (ach) in brain tissue were measured. The content of GABA and the activity of SOD were observed, and the pathomorphological changes of hippocampus of mice were observed. Results the brain protein hydrolysate could prolong the latency and decrease the number of errors in mice. The content of serum MDA was decreased and the activity of serum SOD was increased. The contents of Na K ATP and ACh E in brain tissue were decreased and GABA content was increased. The brain protein hydrolysate has no obvious effect on the morphology of brain tissue in normal mice, but it can repair the brain tissue of the model mice with memory consolidation disorder to varying degrees. Conclusion the hydrolysate of brain protein can enhance the brain tissue morphology of normal mice. The improvement of learning and memory ability of model mice with sodium nitrite memory consolidation disorder may be related to the reduction of free radical damage.
