从药品监管角度初步探索我国药品短缺问题的处置策略

【摘要】：药品短缺严重威胁到公众健康和社会稳定。管理策略是明确药品短缺概念,收集信息,评估短缺特征,从成因入手,采取相应的监管行动。监管行动涉及平台搭建、信息共享、明确多方责任,统筹协作。本文借鉴美国食品与药品管理局(FDA)经验,探讨药品短缺成因,从药品监管角度探索我国药品短缺问题处置策略。
[Abstract]:Drug shortage is a serious threat to public health and social stability. The management strategy is to clear the concept of drug shortage, collect information, assess the characteristics of shortage, start with the causes, take corresponding regulatory actions. Based on the experience of the Food and Drug Administration of the United States, this paper discusses the causes of drug shortage, and probes into the strategy of dealing with the problem of drug shortage in China from the perspective of drug supervision.
