我院2014-2016年门急诊癌痛患者麻醉药品使用情况分析

【摘要】：目的:为门急诊癌痛患者麻醉药品的合理使用提供参考。方法:回顾性统计我院2014-2016年门急诊麻醉药品处方中癌痛患者用药处方2 275张,并对处方的一般情况、药品用量、销售金额和用药频度(DDDs)等进行分析。结果:3年内我院门诊癌痛患者男女比例分别为65.63%和34.37%,年龄主要分布在21~90岁。我院癌痛患者麻醉药品用量及销售金额逐年上升,剂型主要以片剂为主,其中盐酸吗啡缓释片的用量、销售金额和DDDs各年度均为最高,盐酸哌替啶注射液均为最低。结论:我院门急诊癌痛患者麻醉药品的使用基本合理,癌痛患者镇痛以使用吗啡制剂为主。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a reference for the rational use of narcotic drugs in outpatient and emergency patients with cancer pain. Methods: a retrospective analysis of 2 275 prescriptions for cancer pain in outpatient and emergency anesthetic prescriptions from 2014 to 2016 was made in our hospital. Results: the ratio of male to female patients with cancer pain was 65.63% and 34.377.The age was mainly distributed between 21 and 90 years. The amount of narcotic drugs used and the amount of money sold in the patients with cancer pain increased year by year. The dosage of morphine hydrochloride sustained release tablets, sales amount and DDDs were the highest in each year, and pethidine hydrochloride injection was the lowest. Conclusion: the use of narcotic drugs in outpatient and emergency patients with cancer pain is basically reasonable. The analgesia of cancer pain patients was mainly with morphine preparation.
