低分子肝素联用地塞米松抑制家兔导管相关血栓形成

【摘要】:目的建立稳定的家兔颈静脉导管相关血栓模型,并探讨低分子肝素与地塞米松对其形成的影响。方法将60只日本大耳白兔分为对照组、低分子肝素组、地塞米松组和合用组。将中心静脉导管(CVC)插入右侧颈静脉制造导管相关血栓动物模型。术后分别给予低分子肝素钠/地塞米松。术后第7天观察颈静脉导管相关血栓形成情况及血浆内D-D二聚体水平。结果成功建立简便有效的日本大耳白兔导管相关血栓模型。低分子肝素组及合用组实验兔导管相关血栓形成较对照组显著降低,D-D二聚体水平明显下降(P0.01)。结论应用低分子肝素能有效预防导管相关血栓。糖皮质激素抗炎治疗可能对预防导管相关血栓形成有一定作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a stable rabbit model of jugular catheter-related thrombus and to investigate the effects of low-molecular-weight heparin and dexamethasone on its formation. Methods 60 Japanese white rabbits were divided into control group and low-molecular-weight heparin group. In dexamethasone group and combined group, the central venous catheter CVC was inserted into the right jugular vein to make the animal model of catheter-associated thrombus. After operation, low-molecular-weight heparin sodium / dexamethasone was given respectively. The jugular catheter correlation was observed on the 7th day after operation. Results A simple and effective catheter-associated thrombus model was successfully established in Japanese large ear white rabbits. The experimental rabbits in low molecular weight heparin group and combination group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion the application of low molecular weight heparin can effectively prevent catheter-related thrombosis. Anti-inflammatory therapy with glucocorticoid may play a role in preventing catheter-related thrombosis.
