效应面法优化染料木素磷脂复合物制备工艺

【摘要】:目的优化染料木素磷脂复合物的制备工艺,并对其理化性质进行研究。方法以二氯甲烷挥发法制备染料木素磷脂复合物,以复合率为指标,进行单因素考察,再用星点设计—效应面法优化制备工艺,并对最终制备的磷脂复合物进行理化性质研究。结果星点设计-效应面法优选出的较佳工艺条件为:染料木素与磷脂的投料比(m/m)为2∶3,反应温度为40℃,反应质量浓度为25 mg/m L,反应时间为2.15 h。结果按优化条件的复合率的实验值为(97.57±1.03)%,较二项式拟合方程预测值偏差小于1%。且染料木素磷脂复合物在水中和四氢呋喃中的溶解度均有明显提高,其油水分配系数的提高没有显著性差异。结论应用星点设计-效应面优化法能够快速方便而精确地设计出染料木素磷脂复合物的制备工艺,且优化出来的工艺条件稳定可行。
[Abstract]:Objective to optimize the preparation process of genistein phospholipid complex and study its physical and chemical properties. Methods the genistein phospholipid complex was prepared by dichloromethane volatilization method. Then the star design-effect surface method was used to optimize the preparation process. The physicochemical properties of the final phospholipid complex were studied.
