丝状真菌SIIA-F1108产生抗真菌物质的分离纯化和结构鉴定

【摘要】:目的研究丝状真菌SIIA-F1108发酵液中抗真菌的活性成分。方法利用大孔吸附树脂吸附、正相硅胶色谱层析和高压液相制备等技术,结合白念珠菌抑菌实验进行跟踪检测,分离丝状真菌SIIA-F1108的发酵液中的活性组分;通过紫外光谱、红外光谱、高分辨质谱、核磁共振进行分析,确定活性组分的结构。结果分离纯化得到SIIA-C1108A和SIIA-C1108B活性组分,分子式均为C_(50)H_(80)N_8O_(17),与文献报道的纽莫康定(pneumocandin)B_0和C_0同质。结论从丝状真菌SIIA-F1108的发酵液中分离得到的两个具有抗真菌活性物质分别为纽莫康定B_0和C_0,其中纽莫康定B_0作为合成醋酸卡泊芬净的前体物质,具备重要的经济价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the antifungal active components in filamentous fungi SIIA-F1108 fermentation broth. Methods the methods of macroporous adsorption resin adsorption, silica gel chromatography and high pressure liquid phase preparation were used to trace and detect candida albicans. The active components in the fermentation broth of filamentous fungus SIIA-F1108 were isolated, and the structures of the active components of SIIA-C1108A and SIIA-C1108B were determined by UV, IR, HRMS and NMR. Results the active components of SIIA-C1108A and SIIA-C1108B were isolated and purified. The molecular formula is Che _ (50) H _ (+) ~ (80) / N _ (8) O _ (+) _ (17) _ _ _. Synthesis of Carpofensin Acetate precursor, Have important economic value.
