我国药品集中招标采购制度控费效应的实证分析

【摘要】：目的:研究我国药品集中招标采购制度的控费效应,为完善我国药品集中招标采购制度提供合理化建议。方法:通过统计学研究,整理分析药品中标价格及药品费用两方面指标数据。结果:药品集中招标采购制度及其相关制度存在缺陷造成控费效应不显著。结论:以"医药、医疗、医保"三医联动为总体方针,对招标采购制度、医疗制度以及医保制度进行完善。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the control effect of drug centralized bidding procurement system in China, and to provide reasonable suggestions for the improvement of drug centralized bidding procurement system in China. Collate and analyze the index data of drug bidding price and drug cost. Results: the effect of control fee is not significant because of the defects of the centralized bidding and purchasing system and its related system. Conclusion: "Medicine, medicine, medical treatment," The general policy of "three medical linkage" is to perfect the bidding and purchasing system, medical system and medical insurance system.
