【摘要】:尿液样本中药物浓度的分析测定是新药开发的重要环节。由于尿液样本与全血、血浆和血清等含有蛋白质和脂质的生物样本间成分的差异,在检测尿样中的药物浓度时可能会存在非特异性吸附的问题。本文对尿样非特异性吸附问题的验证和解决方法进行概述,并对其中需要关注的问题进行探讨,旨在对广大生物样本分析的研究者提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Analysis and determination of drug concentration in urine samples is an important step in the development of new drugs. Because of the differences between urine samples and biological samples containing proteins and lipids, such as whole blood, plasma and serum, The problem of nonspecific adsorption may exist in the determination of drug concentration in urine samples. In this paper, the verification and solution of nonspecific adsorption problems in urine samples are summarized, and the problems that need to be paid attention to are discussed. The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for researchers in the analysis of a wide range of biological samples.
