【摘要】:目的:提高静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)的自动化和信息化水平,为PIVAS的发展提供参考。方法:介绍DS8000智能分拣系统的相关功能及其对PIVAS的影响;比较系统使用前后的工作环境、工序环节、工作效率、工作强度及分拣差错等。结果:智能分拣系统的使用实现了软袋成品输液分拣工作中包括复核确认、分拣、自动计数、自动生成科室交接单、相关信息统计查询在内的多项工作的自动化;与系统使用前的人工分拣模式比较,系统使用后工作面积缩小、工作环境整齐有序,工序环节减少(6 vs.10),工作用时缩短(分拣每袋输液平均用时13.53 s vs.3.11 s),工作强度减小,工作差错率降低(0.128‰vs.0.013‰);同时,还提高了遮光药品的管理水平,实现了PIVAS工作数据分析和管理的信息化。结论:DS8000智能分拣系统的应用推进了PIVAS工作的自动化和信息化,推动了PIVAS的建设和发展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the automation and information level of intravenous drug concentration distribution center (PIVASC), and to provide reference for the development of PIVAS.Methods: the related functions of DS8000 intelligent sorting system and its influence on PIVAS were introduced, and the working environment, working procedure, working efficiency, working intensity and sorting error were compared before and after the system was used.Results: the use of intelligent sorting system realized the automation of many tasks in the work of transfusion sorting of soft bag finished products, including checking confirmation, sorting, automatic counting, automatically generating department handover orders, and statistics and inquiry of relevant information.Compared with the manual sorting mode before the use of the system, the working area of the system is reduced, the working environment is orderly, the working procedure links are reduced by 6 vs.10s, the working time is shortened (the average time per bag of transfusion is 13.53s vs.3.11 / s), and the working intensity is reduced.The work error rate is reduced by 0.128 鈥,
