转运体介导的心血管系统中西药物相互作用研究进展

【摘要】:随着临床上联合应用中西药物防治高血压、冠心病和心力衰竭等心血管疾病现象的日益普遍,中西药物相互作用问题受到越来越广泛的关注和研究。一般认为,细胞色素P450酶系是影响体内代谢性药物相互作用的主要因素,然而越来越多的研究表明,膜转运体在药物间相互作用中也起着重要作用。在机体几乎所有器官,尤其是胃肠道、肝脏、肾脏、脑等均存在着药物转运体,一些治疗心血管疾病的中药及其有效成分或组分和中药复方可以通过对药物转运体的诱导或抑制作用,影响西药底物的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄,从而影响药物的疗效和安全性。积极研究和探索转运体在中西药物联用的作用机制,对临床安全、合理用药以及进一步丰富中西医结合治疗的内涵具有积极意义,故本文从药物转运体角度,就心血管系统疾病中西药物联合应用的研究进展作一综述。
[Abstract]:With the clinical use of Chinese and Western drugs to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, coronary heart disease and heart failure, more and more attention has been paid to the problem of the interaction between Chinese and Western drugs.It is generally believed that cytochrome P450 enzyme system is the main factor affecting metabolic drug interactions in vivo. However, more and more studies have shown that membrane transporters also play an important role in drug interactions.Drug transporters are present in almost all organs of the body, especially gastrointestinal tract, liver, kidney, brain, etc.Some traditional Chinese medicines and their active components or components and compound prescription for cardiovascular diseases can affect the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of western drug substrates by inducing or inhibiting drug transporters.Thus affecting the efficacy and safety of drugs.It is of great significance to study and explore the mechanism of transporter in the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine, which is of great significance to clinical safety, rational use of drugs and further enrichment of the connotation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.This paper reviews the research progress of the combined use of Chinese and Western drugs for cardiovascular diseases.
