抗生素的历史演进及思考

【摘要】：抗生素从20世纪早期被发现以来,就被当作抗菌感染的特效药物,开始广泛应用于临床。在之后70多年里,人类研制、开发抗生素的脚步从未停歇。目前应用于临床的抗生素已不下200种。然而由于抗生素的大量广泛使用,带来了诸多问题。人类分析其出现的问题,在提出合理使用抗生素对策的同时,开始关注抗生素研发的一些新思路。总结新思路,可以看出其与中国古代哲学及中医学思想的一致性。由此,学习其思想理论可能对研发新的抗生素提供一些帮助。
[Abstract]:Antibiotics have been widely used in clinic since their discovery in the early 20 th century.Over the next 70 years, humans have never stopped developing antibiotics.At present, there are no less than 200 kinds of antibiotics used in clinic.However, due to the widespread use of antibiotics, there are many problems.After analyzing the problems, we put forward the countermeasures of rational use of antibiotics, and began to pay attention to some new ideas of antibiotic research and development.Summing up the new ideas, we can see its consistency with ancient Chinese philosophy and Chinese medicine.Therefore, learning its theory of thought may provide some help in the development of new antibiotics.
