【摘要】：正1临床资料我院心内科在2016年1-3月份共发生6例混合静脉滴注注射用复合辅酶和门冬氨酸钾注射液患者因不良反应导致停药事件。具体病例如下:病例1:患者,男,64岁。主因间断胸闷、气短3个月,加重20 d入院。诊断冠心病。既往脑梗死病史。于2月14日入院,2月14-16日静脉滴注注射用复合辅酶A200单位+5%葡萄糖注射液100 mL,每日一次。2月17日因血钾较低,给予注射用复合辅酶(规格:辅酶A200单位,辅酶Ⅰ0.2
