某三甲医院呼吸内科门诊处方中超药品说明书用药情况分析

【摘要】：目的:调查分析四川省某三甲医院(以下简称"该院")呼吸内科门诊处方中超药品说明书用药情况,为该院超药品说明书用药情况提供参考,为国家制定超药品说明书用药政策提供基线数据。方法:随机抽取该院2015年门诊呼吸内科处方500张,用药记录共计1 234条。根据最新版药品说明书内容,判断是否超说明书用药,并分析超药品说明书用药类型及其比重;超药品说明书用药主要涉及的药品及比重。结果:超药品说明书用药处方112张,占22.40%;超药品说明书用药记录153条,占12.40%。超药品说明书用药类型中居前3位的是超适应症用药(69.94%)、超用法用量给药(28.76%)和超适用人群给药(0.65%)。超药品说明书用药药品类别中居前3位的是消化系统用药(37.25%)、抗感染药物(15.69%)和心血管系统用药(12.42%)。结论:该院呼吸内科超药品说明书用药情况居多,且多数为超适应症用药,正确的超药品说明书用药将有助于疾病的治疗,错误的超药品说明书用药会带来安全威胁。因此,规范超药品说明书用药,掌握正确的用药方法、途径,制定完善的法律政策,对疾病的防治有着重要的意义。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate and analyze the drug use of superdrug instruction in outpatient prescriptions of respiratory medicine department in a third Class A Hospital of Sichuan Province (hereinafter referred to as "this hospital"), so as to provide a reference for the use of superdrug instruction in this hospital. To provide baseline data for the formulation of drug use policy in the country. Methods: 500 prescriptions of respiratory medicine in outpatient department in 2015 were randomly selected, with a total of 1 234 drug records. According to the latest version of the drug instruction, the author determines whether the drug is in excess of the specification, and analyzes the types and proportion of the drug used in the drug instruction, and the drugs and the proportion mainly involved in the drug instruction. Results: there were 112 prescriptions (22.40%) and 153 records (12.40%). Among the types of superdrug instructions, the top 3 were overindications (69.94) and overdose (28.76), and the overdose of 0.65% (P < 0.05). The most important drugs in the drug category of superdrug instructions were digestive system drug (37.25), anti-infective drug (15.69) and cardiovascular system drug (12.42%). Conclusion: most of the superdrug prescriptions in respiratory medicine department are superindications. The correct drug instructions will be helpful to the treatment of diseases and the wrong superdrug instructions will bring about safety threats. Therefore, it is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of diseases to standardize the drug usage of superdrug instructions, to master the correct methods and ways of drug use, and to formulate perfect legal policies.
