复方甘草口服溶液的制备工艺改进

【摘要】：目的解决复方甘草口服溶液处方中复方樟脑酊的添加工艺,得到澄清、质量合格、口感好的制剂。方法利用滑石粉的分散吸附作用,替代56%乙醇,提高樟脑、八角茴香油的溶解性。樟脑、苯甲酸加入到少量95%乙醇中溶解。八角茴香油加入到滑石粉中,充分研匀,再加樟脑乙醇溶液,研匀,加适量水充分搅拌,过滤,即得改良后的复方樟脑酊。再按药典制法即得新复方甘草口服溶液。结果制剂澄清,口感好,质量合格。结论该方法可行,工艺简单,稳定性较好,且生产成本低。
[Abstract]:Objective to solve the addition process of compound camphor tincture in the prescription of compound liquorice oral solution. Methods the dissolvability of camphor and anise oil was improved by dispersing and adsorbing talcum powder instead of 56% ethanol. Camphor and benzoic acid were dissolved in a small amount of 95% ethanol. The anise oil is added to talc powder, and then the camphor alcohol solution is added, then the camphor alcohol solution is added, and the proper amount of water is added to the mixture, and then filtered, the modified compound camphor tincture is obtained. The new compound liquorice oral solution was obtained by pharmacopoeia. Results the preparation was clear, good taste and qualified quality. Conclusion this method is feasible, simple, stable and low cost.
