医院门诊药房系统的设计与研发

【摘要】:医院信息系统是利用电子计算机和通讯设备,为医院相关部门提供患者诊疗信息及其它行政管理类信息的收集、存储、处理、提取和数据交换的能力,并满足所授权用户的功能软件,而药房信息系统便是医院门诊系统软件中的一个重要组成部分,承担了患者门诊诊疗的过程中挂号、医生工作站、收费之后最后一项业务点的工作。 随着我国医疗卫生体制改革加快建设步伐,医院对于加强信息化发展的需求也越加迫切,经过多年的发展,药品管理作为其中的重要内容已经不能满足于完成正常的业务操作,如何更好的利用信息系统加强医院管理水平,优化患者就医体验,提供各维度详尽的管理及决策数据,建立进销存完整的库存管理流程等已经成为医院信息化建设所面临的新课题。 本文设计的初衷是为了开发一套符合现代医院要求的门诊药房管理信息系统。该系统的设计不但要求满足原有系统在业务流程点上的全部功能,并在构建合理的应用模型设计方面有所改进,以求符合现代化医院的需求发展,通过一系列新技术手段的引入规范管理中的关键业务流程,在保持原有系统传统和优点的基础上为管理人员提供了更有利支持和辅助。 在设计上,本项目吸取了现有系统的诸多经验教训,并结合门诊办及药剂科的想法融入进该系统的需求及设计中来。希望通过重整优化界面风格,构建起更流畅的服务链,减少不必要环节,实现方便、快捷、流畅的取药流程,提高了工作效率;同时从优化药房排队算法策略及支持草药外送等方面为患者提供更为轻松的就诊体验。 在技术上,本项目结合更多当前新技术,采用Sybase ASE12.5数据库,以PowerBuilder10.0作为开发工具,通过灵活的参数控制来配置相关功能,满足不同业务部门需求。同时加入了对于自动摆药机,药物禁忌分析等外部软硬件的接口支持,拓展了医院信息化能力,提升了药房信息系统的开放性及兼容性。 在管理上,该系统通过Sybase复制服务器技术,通过全库复制,将OLAP数据库通过数据转换,抽取到数据仓库中,并通过数据抽取平台及各类数据分析报表为医院管理层提供有效的决策数据支持。同时配合医院合理用药需求,提供相对完善的处方点评及反馈业务,强化药师与医师的沟通,为患者安全用药及提高医院药剂管理水平提供技术支持。
[Abstract]:The hospital information system is the ability to collect, store, process, extract and exchange data for patients' diagnosis and treatment information and other administrative information for the relevant departments of the hospital by using computer and communication equipment. The pharmacy information system is an important part of the hospital outpatient system software, which undertakes the registration of patients in the process of outpatient diagnosis and treatment, doctors' workstations, The work of the last point of business after the charge. With the rapid construction of the medical and health system reform in our country, the demand of the hospital to strengthen the information development is more and more urgent. After years of development, the drug management as an important part of it can no longer be satisfied with the completion of normal business operations. How to make better use of information system to strengthen hospital management level, optimize patient experience, provide detailed management and decision data of each dimension, Establishing a complete inventory management process has become a new subject in the construction of hospital informatization. The original intention of this paper is to develop an outpatient pharmacy management information system which meets the requirements of modern hospitals. The design of the system not only needs to satisfy all the functions of the original system in the business process point, but also improves the design of the reasonable application model in order to meet the needs of the modern hospital. Through the introduction of a series of new technical means to standardize the management of the key business processes, on the basis of maintaining the original system tradition and advantages, it provides more favorable support and assistance to managers. In design, the project draws many lessons from the existing system, and integrates the ideas of outpatient office and pharmacy into the system requirements and design. It is hoped that by reforming and optimizing the interface style, we can build a more smooth service chain, reduce unnecessary links, realize a convenient, fast and smooth drug withdrawal process, and improve the working efficiency. At the same time, it provides a more relaxed experience for patients by optimizing the strategy of pharmacy queuing algorithm and supporting herbal medicine delivery. Technically, this project combines more current new technologies, adopts Sybase ASE12.5 database, takes PowerBuilder10.0 as the development tool, configures the related functions through flexible parameter control, and meets the needs of different business departments. At the same time, the interface support of external hardware and software, such as automatic dispensing machine, drug taboo analysis and so on, has been added to expand the ability of hospital information, and to enhance the openness and compatibility of pharmacy information system. In the aspect of management, the system extracts the OLAP database into the data warehouse through the Sybase replication server technology and the whole database replication. And through the data extraction platform and all kinds of data analysis report to the hospital management to provide effective decision data support. At the same time, to meet the need of rational drug use in hospital, to provide relatively perfect business of prescription evaluation and feedback, to strengthen the communication between pharmacists and doctors, to provide technical support for the safe use of drugs for patients and to improve the level of pharmacy management in hospitals.
