柠檬醛联合两性霉素B对耐药烟曲霉的体外作用

【摘要】：目的:探讨柠檬醛与两性霉素B(AMB)联用在体外对AMB耐药烟曲霉的抗菌作用。方法:参照美国临床和实验室标准协会(CLSI)的M38-A2方案,采用棋盘式微量液基稀释法测定柠檬醛与AMB单用及联用对7株临床分离AMB耐药烟曲霉的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),计算分级抑菌指数(FICI)并绘制等效曲线验证联用效果。结果:柠檬醛在体外与AMB联用,可使所有受试菌株的MIC由耐药水平降低至≤1μg/m L的敏感范围,FICI值为0.375~0.5,等效曲线均呈协同作用的凹形,MIC几何均数(MICG)相对单用时降低(P0.05),浓度-累积抑菌百分率曲线明显左移。结论:柠檬醛在体外与AMB联合可产生协同抑菌作用,增加耐药菌株对AMB的敏感性。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the antibacterial effect of citral combined with amphotericin (amphotericin) on AMB resistant aspergillus fumigatus in vitro. Methods: according to the M38-A2 protocol of the American Association of Clinical and Laboratory Standards (ACLSI), The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of citral and AMB against 7 clinical isolates of AMB resistant Aspergillus fumigatus was determined by chessboard microdilution method. The fractionation inhibition index (FICI) was calculated and the equivalent curve was drawn to verify the combined effect. Results: citral was combined with AMB in vitro.
