干预前后我院普外科围术期患者抗生素使用情况分析

【摘要】：目的:分析干预前后余杭区第一人民医院普外科围术期患者抗生素使用情况,为临床加强合理用药管理提供参考。方法:选取余杭区第一人民医院2013年2月~2014年2月收治的普外科围术期患者120例作为干预前组,2015年2月~2016年2月收治的普外科围术期患者120例作为干预后组,收集两组患者的住院时间、药物费用、用药合理性、用药时机合理性数据并进行比较分析,得出结论。结果:干预后组患者的住院时间、药物费用均低于干预前组(P0.05);干预后组的用药合理性为91.67%,干预前组的用药合理性为82.5%,干预后组显著高于干预前组(P0.05);干预后组的用药时机合理性为90.83%,干预前组的用药时机合理性为81.67%,干预后组显著高于干预前组(P0.05)。结论:应用合理有效的干预措施对普外科围术期患者进行干预,可以有效减少患者住院时间和药物费用,改善患者的抗生素使用情况,提高抗生素使用合理性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the use of antibiotics before and after intervention in the general surgery department of the first people's Hospital of Yuhang District. Methods: 120 cases of perioperative patients in general surgery from February 2013 to February 2014 in the first people's Hospital of Yuhang District were selected as the pre-intervention group, and 120 patients in the perioperative period of general surgery from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the post-intervention group. The data of hospitalization time, drug cost, drug use rationality and drug timing rationality were collected and compared between the two groups, and the conclusion was drawn. Results: the hospitalization time of the patients in the intervention group, The cost of drugs was lower than that of pre-intervention group (P 0.05), the rationality of drug use after intervention group was 91.67, and that of pre-intervention group was 82.5, and that of post-intervention group was significantly higher than that of pre-intervention group, and that of post-intervention group was 90.83 and that of pre-intervention group was 90.83. The rationality of timing was 81.67, and after intervention, it was significantly higher in the group after intervention than that in the group before intervention (P 0.05). Conclusion: the reasonable and effective intervention measures can effectively reduce the hospitalization time and drug cost, improve the use of antibiotics and increase the rationality of antibiotic use in general surgery perioperative period.
