电喷雾检测器在药物HPLC分析中的优势及应用进展

【摘要】:目的:为电喷雾检测器(CAD)在药物高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析中的研究及应用提供参考。方法:计算机检索相关期刊论文、维普数据库、万方数据库、Pub Med、EMBase、Web of Science,收集国内外近十余年来发表的相关研究文献,进行整理、对比和综述。结果与结论:HPLC法常用的检测器有多种,而药物的化学结构多种多样,不同化学结构的化合物应选择适当的检测器来进行检测和分析。CAD检测器以其较高的灵敏度、低检测限及较强的通用性等突出的优势,广泛应用于检测不挥发性或半挥发性物质,尤其适用于皂苷类、糖类、生物碱类、脂类化合物等无紫外吸收或弱紫外吸收成分的分析与检测。CAD检测器在一定程度上弥补了其他检测器的不足,其应用范围有望得到进一步拓展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a reference for the study and application of electrospray detector (CAD) in the analysis of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: the full text database of Chinese periodicals, Weip database and Wanfang database were searched by computer, and the relative literatures published in recent ten years were collected, compared and summarized. Results and conclusion there are many kinds of detectors commonly used by HPLC, and the chemical structures of drugs are various. The compounds with different chemical structures should choose appropriate detectors for detection and analysis. CAD detectors have high sensitivity. The advantages of low detection limit and strong generality are widely used in the detection of non-volatile or semi-volatile substances, especially in saponins, carbohydrates, alkaloids, etc. The analysis and detection of non-ultraviolet absorption or weak ultraviolet absorption components such as lipids. CAD detectors to some extent make up for the shortcomings of other detectors and its application scope is expected to be further expanded.
