【摘要】：正临床使用头孢洛林后出现中性粒细胞减少的报道并不少见。Furtek等回顾性分析了波士顿2所医院中接受头孢洛林治疗≥7 d的成人患者中性粒细胞减少症的发展过程。排除基础中性粒细胞绝对值(ANC)低于1 800/μL,接受化疗或者放疗的患者。纳入分析的67例患者的平均年龄50岁(24~93岁)。其中约一半患者有心内膜炎和三分之一患者有骨/关节感染,16%患者有肺
[Abstract]:It is not uncommon to report neutropenia after clinical use of cefoprofen. Furtek et al. A retrospective analysis of the progression of neutropenia in adults who were treated with cefurolline for more than 7 days in 2 hospitals in Boston. The absolute value of ANC excluding basal neutrophils was less than 1,800 / 渭 L for patients receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy. The mean age of 67 patients was 24 to 93 years old. About half of them had endocarditis and 1/3 had bone / joint infections. 16% had lungs.
