复合菌-荔枝多酚对小鼠抗腹泻效果及抗氧化性的影响

【摘要】:为研究复合菌-荔枝多酚对小鼠抗腹泻效果、生长性能及抗氧化的影响,选用96只体重为18~22 g的SPF级昆明小鼠,随机分为8个处理组:正常组、模型组、阳性对照组、嗜酸乳杆菌组(Lactobacillus acidophilus)、丁酸梭菌组(Clostridium butyricum)、荔枝多酚组、复合菌组(Lactobacillus acidophilus和Clostridium butyricum)、复合菌-荔枝多酚组,实验周期为14 d。于实验第1~14 d分别进行预防性及治疗性给药(除正常组和模型组),定期测所有小鼠体重和采食量,实验第10 d利用蓖麻油灌胃法制备小鼠腹泻模型观察腹泻指标,实验第14 d,对各组小鼠血清的SOD和GSH-Px及CAT进行测定。结果表明:造模当天,模型组的体重变化最明显,腹泻最严重,复合菌-荔枝多酚组抑制小鼠的腹泻效果最好;抗氧化指标显示,复合菌组和荔枝多酚组SOD、GSH-Px及CAT含量均显著高于模型组(p0.05),而复合菌-荔枝多酚组GSH-Px及CAT含量显著高于模型组(p0.05)。本研究表明,对小鼠蓖麻油腹泻模型,复合菌-荔枝多酚表现出明显的抗腹泻和抗氧化效果。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of compound bacteria lychee polyphenols on anti-diarrhea, growth performance and antioxidation in mice, 96 Kunming mice of SPF grade, weighing 1822 g, were randomly divided into 8 groups: normal group, model group and positive control group. Lactobacillus acidophilus, Clostridium butyricumum, litchi polyphenols, compound bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus and Clostridium butyricumum, compound bacillus and lychee polyphenols, the experimental period was 14 days. Preventive and therapeutic administration were performed on the 1st day of the experiment (except the normal group and the model group). The body weight and intake of all mice were measured regularly. On the 10th day of the experiment, the diarrhea index of the diarrhea model of mice was prepared by the method of castor oil gastric perfusion. On the 14th day, the serum SOD, GSH-Px and CAT of each group were determined. The results showed that the weight of the model group was the most obvious and diarrhea was the most serious on the day of model making, and the anti-oxidation index showed that the compound bacterial-lychee polyphenols group had the best effect on inhibiting diarrhea in mice. The contents of GSH-Px and CAT in compound bacteria group and lychee polyphenol group were significantly higher than those in model group, while the contents of GSH-Px and CAT in compound bacteria group and lychee polyphenol group were significantly higher than those in model group. The results showed that the compound bacteria lychee polyphenols showed obvious anti-diarrhea and anti-oxidation effects on castor oil diarrhea model in mice.
