【摘要】：正1临床资料患者,女,58岁。患者无明显诱因间断便血10 d,为便末少量暗红色血液,覆在大便表面,无喷血、滴血,偶伴肛门部不适,大便1次/日,多为黄色成形便,无头晕、心慌、乏力,无腹痛、腹胀,无烧心、反酸、嗳气,无发热等其他不适,既往痔疮病史10余年。为进一步求治便血于2016.05.26就诊我院消化科。二便正常,否认食物、药物过敏史。入院查体:体温35.8℃,脉搏78次/分,呼吸18次/分,血压10~9/77 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),心肺腹无阳性体征。白细胞计数(WBC)5.36×10~9/L,淋巴细胞百分比(L)34.7%,中性粒细
